Joseph Tirello
Mr. Tirello is a Senior attorney in Steele LLP’s Arizona office. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tirello served as a managing attorney of a mortgage banking law firm based in Orange County, CA with offices throughout the country. Mr. Tirello has spent most of his years in practice handling residential and commercial civil litigation, with particular emphasis on bankruptcies, non-judicial foreclosures and judicial foreclosures, compliance matters (HMDA, Safe Act, CFPB, TILA, FDCPA, RESPA, etc.), Regulatory Compliance, Transactional and legislative updates. Mr. Tirello is a frequent attendee at industry events and is considered by his peers to constantly demonstrate impeccable knowledge of the law, unparalleled litigation expertise, and an ability to execute regardless of circumstances.

Bankruptcies: Experienced in representation of mortgage lenders in all chapters of bankruptcy.

Transactional: Drafting of origination documents, contractual agreements, reviewing of lease agreements (commercial and residential).
