Parnaz Parto
Ms. Parnaz Parto is an associate in the Firm’s California office. Ms. Parto handles evictions, litigation matters, surplus matters, and title resolution matters. Ms. Parto started her legal career working as a law clerk extern for the Santa Ana, California City Attorney’s Office. Ms. Parto then worked for a large National Eviction law firm where she handled the contested matters. Ms. Parto received her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law where she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest grade in Legal Research and Writing and was a nominee for the Rutan & Tucker Golden Quill Award for top trial brief. Additionally, while at law school, Ms. Parto served as the Executive Board Senior Notes Editor for the Chapman Journal of Criminal Justice. Ms. Parto is admitted to all state and federal courts of California. Additionally, she is admitted to the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit.
