Tanya McCullah

Tanya McCullah is Of Counsel at Steele LLP. Ms. McCullah has focused her twelve-year practice representing mortgage companies, secured creditors, investors, and government entities on real estate litigation, including lender and servicer liability defense, wrongful foreclosure defense, and fair debt collection defense. While in law school, Ms. McCullah interned for the Honorable Theodor Albert of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.  Ms. McCullah is also experienced in the handling of wills and trusts. Since joining Steele LLP, Ms. McCullah, has focused on the handling of the disposition of surplus funds. Ms. McCullah is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts within California. 

Prior to joining Steele LLP, Ms. McCulloh worked for some of the largest financial service law firms in Orange County.
