Mr. Smith has represented national title companies, loan servicers, lenders, government agencies, and others in state and federal courts, at the trial level and on appeal, for over 30 years. Mr. Smith expanded his practice to creditor rights, real property, and escrow liability defense cases when he relocated to Nevada from California. Mr. Smith is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Courts for all Districts in California and Nevada.
